Anthony was born on March 31, 1983 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England and started acting at age nine and had a three & half year stint playing Marc Reynolds on the popular British soap opera Emmerdale. He has two brothers, Chris Lewis and Harry Potter actor, Matthew Lewis.

He is in a band called The Good Die Young.
