Anthony La'Ron "Tony" Hargrove (born June 20, 1983 in Brooklyn, New York) is a defensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League.

Hargrove started 13 of 24 games for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, with 70 tackles (36 solo) with six sacks, 19 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and three passes defensed. He was academically ineligible for the season as a junior in 2003, but started every game at weakside defensive end as a sophomore.

Hargrove was selected in the third round (28th overall) by the St. Louis Rams.

Career-high seven tackles (six solo), and one special teams tackle at Miami 10/24…tied career-high with seven solo tackles, adding forced fumble, and first career sack, which forced the fumble that was recovered by DE Leonard Little and returned 61 yards for touchdown at Arizona 12/19…first career start at defensive end and collected three tackles (one solo) vs. Philadelphia 12/27…started first career playoff game at right defensive end, making four tackles (two solo) in NFC Wildcard Game at Seattle 1/8/05…started at right defensive end, making five tackles (two solo) in NFC Divisional Playoff Game at Atlanta 1/15/05.

Led defensive line with seven tackles (four solo) vs. Tennessee in Week 3…made four tackles (three solo) and one sack at New York Giants in Week 4…collected career-high nine tackles (five solo) at Houston in Week 12…six tackles and one sack vs. Philadelphia in Week 15…two tackles and 1.5 sacks vs. San Francisco in Week 16…four tackles (three solo), two sacks, and one fumble recovery in the season finale at Dallas in Week 17.

Hargrove missed two straight practices without receiving team permission prior to the leave of absence. He lost his starting job and was fined $40,000.

On Oct. 16, 2006 Hargrove was traded by the Rams to the Buffalo Bills for a fifth Round draft Pick.
