The State Anthem of the Tajik SSR was the national anthem of Tajikistan when it was a republic of the Soviet Union and known as the Tajik SSR.

The anthem used from 1946 to 1994, long of Tajikistan's independence. The music was composed by Suleiman Yudakov, and the lyrics were written by Abulkasim Lakhuti. The melody is used in the current national anthem of Tajikistan, with different lyrics. In 1977, the lyrics were changed to remove mentions of Joseph Stalin. This is the version presented here.

Чу дасти рус мадад намуд,
бародарии халқи совет устувор шуд,
ситораи ҳаёти мо шарорабор шуд.
Гузаштаҳои пурифти хори мо
ба ҷилва омаданду дар диёри мо, диёри мо
устақил давлати тоҷикон барқарор шуд.

barodarii khalqi sovet ustuvor shud,
sitorai hayoti mo sharorabor shud.
Guzashtahoi purifti khori mo
