"Anthem Part Two" (or "Anthem, Pt. 2") is the first track on Take Off Your Pants and Jacket by blink-182. It is the sequel to the song on Enema Of The State. The song is about teenagers and their frustration with the world around them and rebellion against it. It also claims that "if they're fucked up you're to blame" "you're" being society, negligent parents, Politicians, The media etc;.

The song did not get any single releases or criticism, although it did receive airplay and a live music video recorded during their tour in Chicago 2001. The live version of "Anthem Part Two" can also be found on blink-182's untitled-album, using the exact same one as the one that received airplay and music video.
