Anthea Phillipps

Anthea Phillipps B.Sc., is a botanist. Phillipps was brought up in Sabah, Borneo as a child. She received a Botany degree from the University of Durham, UK, before joining the Sabah Parks service in 1981 as Park Ecologist, where she studied rhododendrons and pitcher plants.

Phillipps is the author of A Guide to the Parks of Sabah (1988) and co-author of Rhododendrons of Sabah (1988) and Pitcher Plants of Borneo (1996).
