The Anoa'i wrestling family, mostly hailing from Samoa, has many members who are professional wrestlers.

The family was started by Reverend Amituanai and Tovale Anoa'i, who had four children: Afa Anoa'i, Junior Anoa'i, Vera Anoa'i, and Sika Anoa'i. Junior's late son, Rodney Anoa'i, wrestled as Yokozuna, his surviving son, Reno Anoa'i, wrestles as The Black Pearl. Vera's sons Solofa Fatu (Rikishi or Fatu), Sam Fatu (Tama or Tonga Kid), and Eddie Fatu (Jamal, Umaga or Ekmo) are wrestlers. Sika's son Matt Anoa'i (Rosey or Kimo) is a wrestler. Afa's sons Samula Anoa'i (Samu), Afa Anoa'i, Jr. (Afa Jr.) and Lloyd Anoa'i (L.A. Smooth) are wrestlers and his daughter Monica Anoa'i is the widow of wrestler Gary Albright.

The family has been close friends with Peter Maivia for so long that they consider him a relative. Peter's daughter Ata married wrestler Rocky Johnson; the couple became the parents of Dwayne Johnson, better known during his wrestling career as The Rock. Peter Maivia has another son, Toa Maivia, who wrestles in Afa's WXW promotion.

James Reiher, better known as Jimmy Snuka, is a cousin of the family as well; his adopted son, James Reiher, Jr. (Deuce Shade), is also a wrestler.

Afa Anoa'i is also the uncle to boxer David Tua and actor (also part-time wrestler) Solo Siaopo. Another son of Sika, Joe Anoa'i, plays football for Georgia Tech.
