[edit] Concentrated effort to enrich content on Bihar

Hi I am Thakur Vikas Sinha (tvsinha), originally from Bihar but in Mumbai. I am trying to enlist volunteers to enrich the content on Bihar which is rather poor at the moment.

I dont know what kind of internet connection you get in Bihar Sharif, but you can do a lot. I would be happy to share with you what all you can do if you are interested.
