Animal I Have Become is the first single from Three Days Grace's CD One-X.
The video, directed by Dean Karr, features Adam Gontier as the main character, whenever looking into mirrors or anything reflective, seeing himself as a monster. Many believe that this video is a reflection of Gontier trying to figure out who he is. Adam Gonteir said in his interveiw on the three days grace website that with his addiction to alcohol he had become abusive, angry, and had no idea who he was anymore and it is believed that he wrote "animal ive become" based on that
The song is featured on the video game WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007.
Also, The Real World: Denver's Jenn appears in the video as Adam's "love interest".
