The Anglican Diocese of Melbourne is the metropolitan diocese of the Province of Victoria in the Anglican Church of Australia. The diocese includes both greater Melbourne and Geelong. The cathedral church of the diocese is St Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne. The Archbishop-Elect of Melbourne, the Right Reverend Dr Philip Freier is currently the Bishop of The Northern Territory and will be installed as Archbishop of Melbourne in December 2006.
