Angela Marie "Bay" Buchanan (born December 23, 1948) served as Treasurer of the United States under President Ronald Reagan and was the youngest person to serve in this post when she became Treasurer at the age of 32. She held that post from March 17, 1981 to July 5, 1983. She is the sister of Patrick J. Buchanan and managed his three campaigns for President of the United States. While Patrick is well-known as a traditionalist Roman Catholic, Bay converted to Mormonism in 1976.

Currently, she is a commentator for CNN's The Situation Room, and previously for Inside Politics. She is also chair of Team America, a political action committee founded by Tom Tancredo in order to collect contributions for congressional representatives and candidates who support immigration reduction.
