Angela Harris (nee Appleyard) was a fictional character on the soap opera Coronation Street played by Kathryn Hunt.

Angela Nelson entered Coronation Street with her family (husband Tommy, daughter Katy and son Craig) under Witness Protection. When this was revealed, she resumed using the surname Harris. Angela disapproved of daughter Katy's relationship with Martin Platt, although she was less volatile about it than short-tempered husband Tommy. Angela witnessed Katy killing Tommy but covered up for her daughter and even "admitted" to doing it herself. The truth was revealed when Katy committed suicide, but Angela remained imprisoned for her deception.
