Angel Rodríguez (born 20 May 1985 in Elche, Valencian Community) is a Spanish motorcycle racer who currently run in 125cc in the Motorcycle World championship. Angel Rodriguez started racing as all other racers in pocketbikes. He won the championship in his first year of competition. He also competed in the Spanish Championship, where he won the title in 2000, also been his debut in MotoGP. He is a rider with much talent but often crashes. His most notable result in 2001 when he was fighting for the win at Phillip Island, unfortunately Simone Sanna crashed infront of him thus taking Angel along with him.
