Talk:Andrew Jarman
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Andrew Jarman had great talent and skill. But he was a jerk, a trouble-maker and a destabilising influence at the Crows during the years of Robert Shaw 1995-1996. When Blighty arrived on the scene at the start of 1997, the first thing he did was give Jarman the boot. It was one of the best moves he made - it served the double purpose of getting rid of a problem, and sending out a message that he wasn't going to take any crap from those kinds of players. A major psychological battle had been won, and I believe this contributed significantly to the Crows' success in 1997 & 1998
