Andy T. Quach

Andy T. Quach is a Vietnamese American, he was born in South Vietnam.

He enlisted in the in the United States Navy and was assigned to a Naval Seabee Battalions as a Heavy Construction Equipment Operator. He attended Chapman University in Orange County, California, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science and the University of Alaska earning an Associate of Arts Degree in Military Science.
In November 2002, he was elected as Mayor Pro Tem to the Westminster City Council in California.
In November 2006, he was re-elected to the Westminster city council.
