Andy Roxburgh

Andy Roxburgh (born 1 August 1943) is a Scottish football coach. He has been UEFA Technical Director since 1994. He managed Scotland from 1986 to 1993.
He took Scotland to the 1990 World Cup and the 1992 European Football Championship.
