Andrew Simms

Andrew Simms is Policy Director and head of the Climate Change Programme at nef (the New Economics Foundation).
An environmentalist, Simms has written a number of reports on climate change, globalisation and localisation, development issues, debt (conventional and ecological debt), corporate accountability, genetic engineering and food security. Simms published a book in spring 2005 entitled Ecological Debt: The Health of the Planet & the Wealth of Nations.
