Andrew Rothstein (1898, London - ) was a Russian-British journalist.

His parents were Russian immigrants and members of the SDF and BSP. In 1920 he became press officer to the first Soviet mission in in Britain and was a foundation member of the Communist Party. He worked as London correspondent for the Russian Telegraph Agency (Rosta), for the Soviet press as foreign correspondent and was president of the Foreign Press Association.
