Andrew Orsatti

Andrew Orsatti is a regular host of television show The World Game, a weekly football (soccer) programme from Australian broadcaster SBS.

He presents "The World Game" alongside other hosts including Les Murray, Craig Foster, Tony Palumbo, Branko Culina and Ralé Rasic.

A Hugely talented junior player, was cruely struck down by a career ending knee injury at the age of 17, he was tipped to be a big star in the Serie A competition but his injury put an end to his dreams. He has since gone on to become one of the country's premier footballing journalists, working for the SBS network he has covered major sporting events such as the 1998, 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups. It was the 1998 World Cup in France where he got his break as a reporter, he was chosen as the station's sole reporter for the championships. His efforts here lead to further roles in Basketball and Cycling soon after.

He was also chosen as SBS's only reporter at the 2002 Football World Cup in Japan and Korea, he provided daily updates for the station as well as gaining several exclusive interviews and reports. He was part of a much bigger team for Germany 2006 but his position as the number one reporter at SBS cannot be disputed.
