Andrew Castle

Andrew Castle (born November 15, 1963 in Epsom, Surrey, England) is a television presenter and former professional tennis player from the United Kingdom.
He attended Millfield School in Somerset during his teens.
Castle became a professional tennis player in 1986 after completing an MBA on an athletic scholarship in the United States. During his playing career, he won three tour doubles titles and finished runner-up in one top-level singles event (at Seoul in 1988). His career-high rankings were World No. 80 in singles and No. 45 in doubles (both in 1988). He was the No. 1 ranked British player for several years and played regularly for Britain in the Davis Cup and other international competitions.
After retiring from professional tennis in 1992, Castle served as a sports commentator for BSkyB and the BBC. He has since gone on to become a regular breakfast TV presenter on ITV's GMTV, covering news, features and sports.
He is also a key member of the BBC tennis coverage, covering Wimbledon along with Sue Barker and John Inverdale as well as British Davis Cup participation.
In April 2006, he attempted to run the London Marathon and was hospitalised due to dehydration after managing twenty-three miles of the 26.2 mile course. [1]
