Andreas Viestad (born April 5, 1973 in Oslo, Norway), also known as "The Charming Ambassador", is a Norwegian food writer and television chef. He currently lives in Oslo, Norway.

Viestad is most known for his culinary stunts on the television series New Scandinavian Cooking, where he takes his mobile kitchen to improbable places in his native Norway. His book Kitchen of Light and the first two seasons of New Scandinavian Cooking have had considerable international success, which has been aired in the USA, China, Germany, Italy, Finland and on BBCFood in over fifty countries. It is currently airing with a new host, Tina Nordström, on PBS.
