Andrés Scotti Ponce de León (born 14 December 1975 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan football (soccer) midfielder/defender. Currently plays for FC Rubin Kazan.

He started playing in Wanderers and then he went to Nacional. His brother Diego Scotti also started in Wanderers and then played in Nacional, but they did not play together.
