Andrée P. Boucher

Andrée P. Boucher (born 1937) is the mayor of Quebec City, Canada. She was elected on November 6, 2005. She was previously the mayor of Sainte-Foy from 1985 to 2001, until Sainte-Foy was merged with Quebec City.
