André Franco Montoro

André Franco Montoro (1916-1998) was a Brazilian politician. He was senator and governor of São Paulo. He was member of PDC, MDB, Party of Brazilian Democratic Movement and PSDB. He was also a law philosopher and a professor at PUC-SP.
