- André Bachand, a Progressive Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) who represented Richmond—Arthabaska from 1997 to 2003 as a Tory and then sat as an independent until 2004.
- André Bachand, a Liberal MP who represented Missisquoi from 1980 until 1984.
