From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Andi Gladwin is a close-up magician from Newent, Gloucestershire, England.
[edit] Performances
Having begun his magic career at an early age, Gladwin gained some fame in the 1990s through appearances on children's television. As he grew older, he turned his attention away from general magic and to card magic.
In 1999 Andi was voted number one young close-up magician by the Magic Circle and was invited by Lance Burton to perform in Las Vegas for a TV special! If this wasn't enough he was coming up with numerous original tricks and sleights for publication in almost all of the major magic magazines.
[edit] Publishing
Gladwin has published the following books:
- Sometimes it's Hard to be a Cardman
- Dominatricks (by Tyler Wilson)
- Cheetahs Handbooks 1 & 2 (by the Cheetahs)
He also published a number of books through his old company, A² Productions, which he co-founded with Andrew Leviss.
