Anderton with Marbury

Anderton with Marbury is a civil parish in the Vale Royal district of Cheshire, England. It had a population of 582 according to the 2001 census, and includes the villages of Anderton and Marbury. Marbury Country Park is situated in the grounds of the old Marbury Hall.

Anderton is a village in the county of Cheshire, in the north west of England, north of Northwich. It is situated in the parish of Anderton with Marbury and is probably best known for the Anderton Boat Lift, a fixed link between the River Weaver and the Trent and Mersey Canal.
