A local Road, in the B11 region of the Sparkbrook area, which the main residents of the area, are Asian & Indian origin. It has a local community mosque, Fish & Chip shop, Newsagent, Halal Butchers, Convenience Stores, hairdressing salon, Local Pub and entrance to the Canalside walk which leads up to several destinations in the West Midlands.

Historically the old printing press was located at the top of Anderton Road, and the Timber Merchants in the Middle whom now have changed to a Social Commitee for the area, and a glass making place. Additionally the Old Post Office was removed from the area as part of the Post Office restructure.
