Ambassador Londo Mollari arranges the death of Lord Refa.

  • Lord Refa is dead, killed by a conspiracy of convenience between Londo and G'Kar.
  • The White Star fleet is unveiled, followed by Sheridan and Delenn's mutual feelings for each other.
