[edit] Overview

This is a biography on Jerome (Curly) Howard written by his niece, Joan Howard Maurer, the daughter of his brother, Moe Howard. It recounts her own memories of her uncle, along with interviews with various living relatives that had memories of the rotund stooge. One of the interviews is with Curly's youngest daughter (and only daughter by his final wife), Julie Hankie. Interviews with his first daughter and second wife are also included.
