Amtix!

Amtix! was a monthly magazine for users of the Amstrad CPC range of 8-bit home computers, published by Newsfield Publications Ltd.

Amtix! ran from October 1985 to April 1987 and produced 19 issues in total. A special issue (Issue zero) was given away free Zzap!64 and CRASH, two of Newsfield's other publications.

After ceasing publication, the title was merged with Computing With The Amstrad magazine and the Amtix logo appeared in CWTA's games review section.

The magazine had very distinctive, comic-style cover art, drawn by Oli Frey.
