Catatonic Depression is a rare form of major depression characterized by symptoms that include: Stupor, extreme negativism, peculiarities in voluntary movement, repetition of other people's words or actions, and excessive motor activity.

According to one small study [20%] of depressed patients displayed symptoms of Catatonia.
