[edit] A world full of lies
We are all telling lies for every now and then. These lies take various forms, for example in academia, if we want to get a grant, we tell lies by exaggerating how this research is going to change the world. These kinds of lies are all motivated by our desire to earn money (i.e. to live), to earn more money, or by some ideological purposes, prejudices etc etc. The world is highly competitive and that makes it worst.
These lies may not trouble us much. We have got used to them to some extent. But there are some extreme lies. We can see examples of it a lot today. Hocolust denial is one of them. Neither side is free of blame. Prophet Muhammad being a racist anti-semitic is another one. Of course, all academic scholars do tell lies to some extent but there is a limit to it; such statement has no place in scholarly circles.
I used to get very angry at extreme lies (well those who were relevant to me). I was feeling that the opportunity of telling "amazing" lies shouldn't be given. Lieing is an intellectual crime, like other crimes. But now, I don't get very angry:
In the past those in power were the ones who were *in the charge of* filtering false information from true one. But this system had serious problems: Sometimes, those in power were giving poisioned information to people and were filtering or supressing truth. If someone knew the truth, he was silenced. Now, we have a system in which everybody can tell whatever he likes. It can be extreme lies, but at least we know that the liars are not the only ones who are speaking. This system is much better than the previous one. I feel comforted when I see extreme lies, because this is a sign that those who are telling the truth also have that opportunity. God gave us freedom to choose between good and bad, and as a result of that we see horrible crimes, but this doesn't mean that God made the wrong choice. This system is much more worthy than its alternative. I no longer feel that much angry as I used at extreme lies.

Verses from various Scriptures that this user loves:
- Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Turn ye to our Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped. (Quran 39:53-54)
- "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30)
- “Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?” (Ezekiel 33:11)
- "This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus."..."If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin— because anyone who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him." (From the Book of Romans by Apostle Paul)
- "The great Way is easy, yet people prefer the side paths. Be aware when things are out of balance. Stay centred within the Tao." (Tao Te Ching verse 53)
