Amity Lane is a four-piece and two former members were in the hit band TRUST Company alternative metal/alternative rock music group from Montgomery, Alabama.

Amity Lane was formed in 2005 by Kevin Palmer and Josh Moates, both members of the now dissolved gold-selling music group Trust Company.

Initially a three-piece group featuring Kevin Palmer's wife, Layla Palmer, the band inked a deal with Corporate Punishment Records on May 15, 2006.[1]

The band's debut album titled The Sound of Regret was released on on October 31, 2006.
