The Programming reference for the 68000 machine by Commodore-Amiga. (Amiga). Contains example programs in C language, a listing of the library functions, and description of the principle of their operation. The system libraries are the fundament for the graphical Intuition (amiga) library, which is handled in Amiga RKM (Intuition 1.1). For other Kickstart versions, see AmigaOS versions.

Up to Kickstart 3.1 the Amiga system technically bases on the same principle, basic functions work unchanged by running old (Kickstart 1.2) program code. The Amiga Kickstart ROM is coded statically: the entry points (LVO) for the system routines never changed.
