This image is of a DVD cover, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the DVD or the studio which produced the DVD in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of DVD covers
- to illustrate the DVD in question
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, might be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.

I am using this image, AmericasTeam.jpg, though the picture may be subject to copyright. I feel it should be covered by the US fair use laws because:
- it is a low res copy of the DVD cover
- it does not limit sales of the DVD
- it helps to substantiate NFL Films' recognition of the title, "America's Team" given to the Dallas Cowboys franchise.
