The Americas Championship 2003 (The Tournament of the Americas, Las Americas Tournament for Men, FIBA Americas Olympic Qualifying Tournament, or Panamerican Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Men) was hosted by Puerto Rico from August 20 to August 31, 2003. The games were played in San Juan at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum. This FIBA Americas Championship was to earn the three berths allocated to the Americas for the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece. The United States won the tournament, the country's fifth Americas championship.

The top four teams in both Group A and Group B advanced to the quarterfinal group. Then each team played the four from the other group once to complete a full round robin. Records from the preliminary groups carried over.
