American Intellectual Property Law Association

Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) is a national bar association that was formed in 1897 to improve intellectual property laws and educate the public about such issues. Its membership is broad, constituting attorneys in private and corporate practice, government service, and academia. It has 16,000 members.
