American Girl was an Amalgam Comics superheroine who existed supposedly during the Golden Age of comics.

American Girl was the sidekick of Super Soldier during World War II, but later re-appeared in the modern age in the Secret Crisis of the Infinity Hour alongside the Judgement League Avengers. During a fight against Doctor Doomsday, American Girl bravely sacrificed herself to save her friends and allies.

American Girl is an amalgamation of Supergirl of DC Comics and Bucky of Marvel Comics.
