I'm Allen McBride, from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. I've been active on Wikipedia since December 2005, and I often focus on articles about folk music, biology, and politics. Processes I'm involved in vary, but I'm often involved in NPOV discussions on talk pages, and lately I've been spending time at the reference desk. I take male pronouns... I know most English speakers can guess that from my name, but it helps me when other editors put their preferred pronouns on their user pages, so I thought I would too.
