Some context-setting needs to be in the first sentence. What is a "mobile system"? If the answer to that is known to everyone working in the field of X-ology, then it should say "In X-ology, blah blah blah ... mobile systems". That way the rest of us would know that X-ology is what we would need to know in order to understand what you're talking about.
