Viktor Amazaspovich Ambartsumyan at "haryur dram" (100 AMD) note, being in circulation between 1998 and 2004 when replaced by 100 AMD coins.
The image was taken from the Central Bank of Armenia site (http://www.cba.am/currency/e100dr.html). If you visit the link you will also see an image of the famous Byurakan observatory at the other side of the banknote.
