Ambrosia Ltd was founded in 1917 and has grown over the years to become a well known British food brand[citation needed]. In November 2003 Ambrosia was acquired by Premier Foods. The products are made at Lifton, Devon.
Ambrosia Devon custard is available in a variety of pack types (tin can, carton or individual sized pot) and can be found in standard and low fat variants. In addition to the traditional product, Ambrosia custard is also available in a range of flavours.
The company also produces Rice Pudding, Semolina, Sago and Tapioca under the Ambrosia brand.
