AlyM has been a Wikipedia user for years, and an editor since December 2005.
He recently graduated in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh School of Informatics and is now working towards a PhD there but lives in Stirling, Scotland. He has an active interest in video compression and compilers, a passive interest in Computer Architecture and Database Management Systems and enjoys watching movies when he has time.
