Alvignano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 45 km north of Naples and about 20 km north of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,938 and an area of 37.6 km².[1]
Alvignano borders the following municipalities: Alife, Caiazzo, Dragoni, Gioia Sannitica, Liberi, Ruviano.
