Alvaro Andrés Ormeño Salazar (born April 4, 1979) is a Chilean midfielder, who currently plays for Chilean clubColo-Colo. He debuted in Chile's second division with club Ñublense and later he played for Ovalle. In 2002 he made his debut in Chile's first division with club Santiago Morning. From there he move on to Everton, where he spent three successful seasons. In June 2005, before the start of the clasura tournament, Ormeño joined Colo-Colo.
