The Altai are currently actually a minority in the Republic Altai and the 20% figure of 1950 was mainly due to the Russian influx. Also it is called a 'North Russian' republic, while it is in the south. Could somebody correct this errors? (my English is not so good, that's why) --Hardscarf 14:36, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
