Alternative university
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Alternative colleges, universities, and other sites of post-secondary learning are educational institutions featuring experimental/nonconventional curricula or programs, progressive faculties and student bodies, decentered learning, and an avoidance of frontal teaching. Methods of evaluation used at such schools frequently favor detailed evaluations instead of grades.
