WikiProject Echo has identified Alonso de Ojeda as a foreign language featured article. You may be able to improve this article with information from the Spanish language Wikipedia.

Lupo Manaro 09:00, 11 October 2006 (UTC) The English version of Alonso de Ojeda is the only one, among the Spanish, French and German versions, that states Ojeda to be of noble Bulgarian origin. It is strange: in those days Spain was notoriously xenophobic and intolerant in matters of religion and the Orthodox Okhrid would not have much chance in making a career. Is there a source for this statement or is it a practical joke ripe for deletion?
