This picture is a title from a book by Mons. Alois Hudal, Die Grundlagen des Nationalsozialismus, published in Leipzig and Vienna, 1936. (source) A screenshot of this book is allowed, as it was published in March, 1936, and as such its copyrights have totally expired in all European Union countries, including the BRD (Germany).
