Alorica Northeast is a Customer Service company which specializes in third-party call center operations outsourcing for major international companies, such as Gateway/eMachines, Sony Computers, (see: Sony CISC), D-Link, Funai, Kenwood Electronics, American Express, Sprint PCS, and Hatworld Lmd.

Alorica founded by CEO Andy Lee is one of several such companies which handle call center agent staffing needs, and its HQ is located in Chino, California.
